IAPH welcomed new associate member ArcelorMittal Shipping at a meeting held at IAPH’s London office in Park Street earlier this month. Deepak Sachdeva, head of global ports, and captain Nitin Mehrotra, general manager shipping, chartering, ports & logistics, were hosted by IAPH business development director Nick Blackmore and policy and IMO liaison officer Rhona Macdonald. ArcelorMittal is the world’s leading steel and mining company. The group discussed ArcelorMittal Shipping’s goals and participation in forthcoming IAPH initiatives.
