As a new governance structure of Environment Ship Index (ESI) version 2.0 is now in place, its daily administration is managed and operated by Green Award Foundation (GAF), on behalf of IAPH. The GAF has recently established its Support Desk to respond to any inquiry from those entities currently registered in the scheme, Incentive Receivers (ship owners and/or operators) and Incentive Providers (ports and terminal operators).
