April ESI scores published

The latest scores of the IAPH Environmental Ship Index (ESI) project were published on 1 April. The number of vessels increased again, but the number of vessels with an ESI score above 20 decreased for the first time. This is related to the introduction of the global sulphur cap on 1 January this year.
