IAPH regional meeting held in Kobe

Hosted by the Port of Kobe, the IAPH Asia, South/West, East and Middle East Region met in Kobe, Japan for its second regional meeting this year since it met in Baku, Azerbaijan in May. Environmental Ship Index (ESI) still going strong

According to Manfred Lebmeier, ESI Bureau Director, 7,049 ships are registered and 53 incentive providers, as of October 1, 2018.
