Following the lethal explosion at the port of Beirut last Monday, IAPH President Santiago Garcia Milà wrote to Hassan Kraytem, President Director General of the port authority, expressing condolences and offering to help the port get through this difficult period. The Port of Beirut is a regular member of IAPH.
