Environmental Ship Index (ESI) still going strong

According to Fer van de Laar, Bureau Director of IAPH's World Ports Climate Initiative (WPCI) 4,610 ships are registered and 47 incentive providers, as of October 1, 2016, and further that the number of both the registered ships and incentive providers are on the increase.
