You have until midnight on Friday 2 October to select your favourite finalists for the 2026 Sustainability Awards! Eighteen shortlisted projects have been selected by the independent expert jury, covering the six areas of interest of the IAPH World Ports Sustainability Program (WPSP). The public vote to decide the winners is open and can be viewed here. These outstanding projects were chosen from a list of 66 eligible entries by an expert jury, and scored based upon the agreed evaluation criteria. You can review the details of all the projects before submitting your choice for each category. The outcome of the public vote (30%), together with that of the jury evaluation (70%) will co-determine the winners. A seventh prize, the Akiyama Award, will go to the highest-placed IAPH Sustainability Awards submission from a Least Developed Country, or a Small Island Developing State. The winners will be announced at a special ceremony during the gala dinner of the World Ports Conference held at the iconic Natural History Museum in London on 4 November.
