Ahead of a discussion to be held during the Maritime Safety Committee (MSC) meeting in London later this year, IAPH has been asked by the IMO Secretariat to seek the views of its members on whether, and how, member states should amend or revise the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code. In order to ensure the collective voice of the world’s ports is heard in this discussion, IAPH has created a survey, responses to which will be analysed and which will inform the development of an IAPH Information Paper for consideration at MSC.
