It provides 24/7 navigational services to support safe and efficient vessel movements while protecting the marine environment.
The organization oversees key functions such as harbor master services, aids to navigation, emergency response, and the management of Station Pier, Victoria’s main cruise ship terminal. It also advises the government on port development and maritime policy.
