IAPH members are warmly encouraged to contribute to the association’s technical committees. IAPH has six committees covering climate and energy, data collaboration, risk and resilience, port operations and finance, cruise, and legal. The discussions that take place in these committees, online and in person, power the work programme of the association for the months ahead. Often referred to as the ‘engine room’ of the association’s work, the in-person ‘TC days’ also give regular and associate members a golden opportunity not only to share critical knowledge but also to network. The 2026 Technical Committee days will be held in Singapore, 22-24 April at the Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre. These in-person meetings will take place during Singapore Maritime Week (SMW) – the Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre is the official venue for SMW. We strongly encourage members to book their accommodation early, as hotel demand will be exceptionally high during this period – suggested hotels can be found with the schedule.
