The term of the office of the incumbent IAPH president, Jens Meier, CEO of Hamburg Port Authority, will expire at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held during this year’s IAPH World Ports Conference in Kobe. Jens Meier has self-nominated for a second term (2025-2027) and meets all the nomination qualifications set out in the IAPH Constitution. All regular and honorary members of IAPH have received a form to cast a vote of confidence, which should be returned by 16 June. Confirmation of the presidency will take place in Kobe on 9 October.
