We are pleased to announce that Container Trades Statistics Limited has joined the IAPH as an associate member.
Container Trades Statistics Limited (CTS) has been a trusted source of quality TEU volume and price index data since 2008 when it was initially established as a wholly owned subsidiary of the European Liner Affairs Association (ELAA). CTS has provided a reliable and objective data source for the liner industry. Following ELAA’s closure in 2010, CTS became the designated data service provider for the newly formed World Liner Data Limited (WLDL). It is a not-for-profit entity that comprises the top global container shipping lines to collect and disseminate their TEU liftings and pricing data. On behalf of member lines, CTS manages the web-based statistics database owned by member lines through WLDL while selling data to the public as WLDL’s agent.
