Shri Vijay Kumar, IAS, secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Government of India opened the TC days with welcome remarks delivered in person. He attended with a high-level delegation of the Indian Ports Association and several member ports, including representatives from Mormugao Port Authority and Paradip Port Authority. Following the opening plenary, all Indian representatives played an active role in the workshops and sessions across the three days of sessions. IAPH also paid a visit to the Indian Pavilion at the Singapore Maritime Week exhibition, where several Indian port authorities and state maritime boards showcased their infrastructure plans.
