IAPH Sustainability Awards: candidate projects unveiled

The IAPH Sustainability Awards celebrates the very highest quality port-sustainability projects from around the world submitted to the World Port Sustainability Program (WPSP) database. It is an initiative that has drawn attention from ports and their communities around the world. These project submissions are judged by an independent jury of industry experts, with three top submissions emerging across each of the six categories. Finalist projects are submitted to the public for a vote (weighted 70% toward the jury and 30% to the public) with winners announced during a prestigious ceremony that will take place on 8th October at the gala dinner of the IAPH 70th Anniversary World Ports Conference in Kobe, Japan. Throughout July, candidate projects are being unveiled day by day on the WSPS LinkedIn account. Readers are invited to investigate these exciting, industry-leading projects before the public vote opens in early August.
