The World Customs Organisation (WCO) and the IAPH are delighted to announce that the Guidelines on Cooperation between Customs and Port Authorities are now available in Spanish, thanks to the collaboration with SUNAT (Peruvian Customs). The guidelines aim to strengthen cooperation between customs and port authorities, facilitating trade, enhancing security, and improving operational efficiency. The Spanish version is a crucial resource for Spanish-speaking professionals in the field. Readers can download the Spanish version here and the English version here. WCO and IAPH plan to further promote the guidelines together during Q4; WCO project manager David Zaine will be taking part in the #IAPH2024 Conference session focused on combatting and preventing illicit trade in ports, on 8 October.
