The two-day online event, hosted by UNCTAD and the Global Alliance for Trade Facilitation focused attention on some of the hottest topics in world trade, including harnessing technology to further streamline processes, reinforcing supply chain sustainability, advancing e-Commerce, improving risk management and transitioning to clean energy. The chairman and vice-chairman of the IAPH Data Collaboration Committee, Pascal Ollivier (Maritime Street) and Gadi Benmoshe (Marinnovators) participated in the online event, respectively discussing smart trade facilitation and how technology can reinforce resilience and drive greater efficiencies.
