Penang Port is an international port strategically located in the Straits of Malacca on the Northwest Coast of Peninsular Malaysia.
Penang Port Sdn Bhd was established in January 1994 and privatized in 2014. It operates and provides port services at Penang Port, including cargo handling (container, break bulk, dry and liquid bulk), marine services (pilotage, tug boat, port safety, dredging), ferry and cruise services, and auxiliary services (security, firefighting, rescue, anti-pollution).
