According to Fer van de Laar, Bureau Director of IAPH’s World Ports Climate Initiative (WPCI)
5,099 ships are registered and 49 incentive providers, as of January 1, 2017. The number of both the registered ships (+489) and incentive providers (+2) increased compared to October 1, 2016.
