Sabah Ports Authority

Sabah is a state of Malaysia located on the northern portion of Borneo. The Sabah Ports Authority (SPA) functions as the landlord of all wharves servicing ships on a common-user basis and all warehouses and will act as the regulatory authority responsible related to port activities and will ensure the terminal operator who operates the server ports in Sabah with the privatisation agreement fully and set standards plus benchmark for port operations comparable with ports in the region.
