The IMO Secretariat has launched a survey on the implementation and use of Maritime Single Window (MSW) systems. The survey is open to all interested stakeholders with experience in the implementation, operation or use of MSW systems. The survey seeks to collect the views and experiences of all relevant stakeholders involved in the submission, processing and use of information through MSW systems, including public authorities and private-sector users. The information gathered will support the work of the organisation in identifying common challenges, good practices and opportunities to further improve the implementation and operation of MSW systems. Participants are encouraged to submit their responses by 31 October 2026. The survey can be accessed here.
