IAPH extends its gratitude to those regular and associate members who submitted projects for consideration in the 2026 IAPH Sustainability Awards. This year is already shaping up to be the most competitive since the scheme’s inception, based on the quality of the submissions from all regions of IAPH membership. Projects will now be evaluated and scored by an independent jury against the evaluation criteria and will be featured on the World Ports Sustainability Program (WPSP) website. Finalists in the six categories will be announced in August and the public will vote for their favourites online on the WPSP website. The most inspiring projects in each of the six Awards categories will be showcased during a prestigious dedicated ceremony to take place at the gala dinner of the #IAPH2026 World Ports Conference at the Natural History Museum, the UK’s leading tourist attraction, in London on 4 November.
