An updated web site for the IAPH World Ports Conference 2026 has just been launched, and this year’s theme has been revealed: ‘Port leadership for a brave new world’. The IAPH World Ports Conference 2026 will convene senior port professionals from across the world in London – the intelligence hub of global shipping – for four days of high-level dialogue among shipowners, investment banks, cargo owners, insurers, regulators, thought leaders and providers of state-of-the-art technology. Held 3-6 November, #IAPH2026 will ask how port leaders can find a competitive advantage in a rapidly realigning world – one increasingly defined by superpower rivalry, in which historic international accords are crumbling, trade is threatened by multi-domain security risks, and critical infrastructure investments are being outpaced both by disruptive new technologies and the escalating cost of climate change.
