We are pleased to announce that UK Major Ports Group has joined the IAPH as an associate member.
The UK Major Ports Group (UKMPG) is the trade association representing the United Kingdom’s largest commercial port operators. Formed in 1993, it brings together nine major port companies that collectively handle 75% of total UK port volumes through 40 ports.
UKMPG serves as the main voice of the major port sector, engaging with the UK Government, European institutions, and other stakeholders on policies affecting ports, trade, infrastructure, the environment, and maritime logistics.
The group also provides forums for its members to exchange ideas and best practices on issues including port infrastructure, sustainability, and navigation.
