National Cargo Bureau (NCB) is a non-profit organization founded in 1951 with the mission of “Safety of Life and Cargo at Sea.” NCB provides inspection, certification, and training services globally to ensure compliance with international and domestic regulations for dangerous goods and bulk cargo. Its services include in-person and remote container and cargo inspections, vessel surveys, hatch integrity checks, and issuing certificates of loading and stability assessments at major ports worldwide.
