This year’s World Ports Conference in Kobe, Japan will be a busy event, so delegates are advised to arrange their accommodation soon, as well as selecting their options for evening events and port tours. The IAPH has secured special rates for delegates to stay at the Hotel Okura or the Hotel Portopia – both in Kobe. These special rates will close in late August, so delegates who require overnight accommodation are advised to book their rooms before this deadline. Spaces are limited at some of the evening events, so please ensure that you have logged into the event site and booked early to attend the events of your choice. Any delegates requiring a supporting visa letter to attend the conference, are advised to contact the team at IAPH’s events partner, Mercator.
