The next IAPH – Mercator Media webinar will take place in just over two weeks. This time, the focus will be on two new emerging technologies and how their deployment at ports could impact cybersecurity. Artificial intelligence and quantum computing are just two of the technologies examined in the upcoming IAPH cyber resilience guidelines for emerging technologies in the maritime supply chain. These guidelines have been written by 28 authors including IAPH regular members, associate members and experts from the World Economic Forum and the World Bank. Lead author Gadi Benmoshe and Chloe Rowland will launch the guidelines next week on 18 June with co-author Javier Garrido Salas of Port of Barcelona at a special IAPH expert session at TOC Europe 2025 in Rotterdam. For those who cannot attend the conference, please register for this webinar by clicking here. After the event, you will be sent a copy of the webinar recording and a download link for the guidelines, which are aimed at all audiences, not only IT specialists.
