During our last webinar edition on the IAPH World Ports Tracker, cybersecurity was identified in the membership-wide survey of IAPH as the number one health, safety and security risk for their businesses. Nonetheless 37% of the same ports surveyed are adopting AI-led business case solutions in their ports, with only 1% starting to look at quantum computing. What should ports be aware of as they look at these game-changing technologies to improve their operations? What kind of proactive steps should they consider taking to protect themselves effectively?
