Incheon Port consists of Inner Port, North Port, South Port, New Port and Gyeongin Port, and the sea area. Since its opening in 1883, as a gateway port to the metropolitan area, it has greatly contributed to making Korea a global economic powerhouse based on trade. There is a metropolitan area with a population of 26 million in the background, and Korea’s largest trading country, China, is located over the sea, which has infinite potential for development in the future. Incheon Port will strive to achieve harmony between logistics and city, become a logistics center in the Pan-Yellow Sea region, and become a bridgehead for inter-Korean cooperation, so that the Incheon Regional Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Office can be loved by the sea, people and companies.
