Osaka Port and Harbor Bureau is a port management body which is responsible for 1) formulation of port development/management plan, 2) construction and maintenance of port facilities, 3) permission for and restrictions on facility use in port management districts, 4) leasing and management of port facilities, 5) setting and collecting fees for use of port facilities, etc. for Port of Osaka, Port of Sakaisenboku, Port of Hannan, Port of Nishiki, Port of Izumisano, Port of Senshu, Port of Ozaki, Port of Tannowa, and Port of Fuke.
