Hakata Port Terminal Co., Ltd. (HPTC) is responsible for lease out KASHII Park Port and Island city container terminal which are owned by the port management authority (Fukuoka city government) to the operators. HPTC is also responsible for coordinating vessel assignment to the public port facilities as well as maintaining and repairing the shed, gantry cranes, unloaders, quays, roads, open yard, etc. at Hakata Port.
