Empresa Portuaria Valparaíso (EPV) is a state-owned Chilean port authority responsible for the administration, development, and long-term planning of the Port of Valparaíso. It owns the port infrastructure and operates under a landlord model, granting concessions to private terminal operators while coordinating maritime and landside logistics. EPV’s mission focuses on improving competitiveness, sustainability, and integration between the port and the city, while supporting Chile’s foreign trade and cruise activities.
