The company is responsible for the management of the four ports in the broader region of Kavala, East Macedonia: The passenger/central port of Kavala, APOSTOLOS PAVLOS, the commercial port, Filippos B’, in Nea Karvali, the Port of Eleftheres and the Port of Keramoti.
Four ports with separate roles, but one goal: to make the port system of Kavala an important junction of maritime transports in the wider region, giving special emphasis on the East Balkan area.
The company operates under a 60-year concession agreement with the Greek state (2003-2063), handling a wide variety of cargo types across its facilities, particularly at the Commercial Port, Philippos B’.
