#IAPH2021: there’s no business like cruise business
Cruise shipping is quite a different business than cargo shipping. First and foremost, it is more people-oriented, not just because it carries passengers, but also because of the need to maintain close and sustainable relationships with destination cities and their communities. Cruise shipping has been the hardest hit by the pandemic, but it is getting ready for a full rebound. You will be able to hear first-hand from the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) president and CEO Kelly Craighead how the sector is preparing for a new dawn, as she goes in conversation with our president Santiago Garcia Milà, who steers the strategy of Europe’s busiest cruise port, Barcelona (22 June – 4.45-5.30 PM).
