APN administers seaports and riverports in Peru and is attached to the Ministry of Transport and Communications. It commits to promoting the development of Peru’s port system, globalization, export industry growth, and establishing a maritime and port community. APN also encourages private investment in ports and coordinates the public and private stakeholders involved in port activities and services.
