The second IAPH World Ports Sustainability Awards will be handed out during the Gala Dinner of the 2020 World Ports Conference, which will be held in Antwerp on 18 March next year. Projects that are submitted to the online portfolio of the World Ports Sustainability Program https://sustainableworldports.org/submit-your-project/ by 31 December 2019 and meet the eligibility criteria will be in the running to win one of the awards. An international jury will select the three best projects in each of the award categories, after which the shortlisted projects will be put to a public vote. Every member port of IAPH can submit one or more projects, alone or in cooperation with member ports and/or associate members. To be eligible, projects need to match one of the five themes of the World Ports Sustainability Program, as specified in the terms of reference.
