An email dated March 6 was sent out to all IAPH Members, calling for Annual General Meeting on May 8 during the IAPH Conference in Baku, Azerbaijan from May 8 to 11.
If you have any comment to make on the tentative agenda, especially any additional agenda item to be approved by the Council for inclusion, please write to info@iaphworldports.org not later than March 27.
To assist us in establishing a quorum of this meeting, IAPH Regular and Honorary Members are kindly requested to notify us of your attendance in person or by proxy not later than April 20.
