IAPH Africa/Europe Regional Meeting was successfully held in Hamburg, Germany, November 16-18, 2009, hosted by Hamburg Port Authority (HPA).
Nearly 100 IAPH members from 24 countries mostly in Africa and Europe participated in the event.
